Delivery and Returns

Deliveries

Orders will be sent by Courier or Royal Mail Monday - Friday. Courier deliveries are insured, tracked and may require your signature on arrival.  If you will not be at home to accept delivery of your goods, or if you wish to make alternative arrangements, please let us know when placing your order. All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order.

The standard delivery charge for UK orders is £4.50, we may offer free delivery promotions for order values over a certain amount at certain times for UK orders (see homepage for details).

We can offer next day delivery for orders to the UK and we will try and ship them asap.  Orders placed before 2pm can be sent the same day, if you place your order before 5pm we can still try and send it for you but after this time orders will be dispatched the following day.

International orders can be shipped as long as they are under 2Kg and the shipping rate shows in the checkout.  If the international order is over 2Kg we may contact you and there may be an additional charge.

Returns

At Bella's Boutique we want you to be happy with your order. However in the unlikely event that you receive goods that are not of satisfactory quality, do not fit the description or are unfit for purpose, you have the right to cancel. Should you wish to cancel your purchase with Bella's Boutique, please follow the simple procedure below:

Inform us in by email or phone of your wish to cancel the order within 7 working days from the day after you receive delivery of the goods. Please provide your contact details, the reason(s) for return, and whether you would like to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note as appropriate. We will then contact you to mutually agree a resolution. Please do not return goods without contacting us first.

Return the goods to us within 7 working days, complete with the original packaging and a copy of the delivery note, to:

Take reasonable care of the goods and repackage them for a safe return. Please note that you must pay for the return postage costs, unless the goods are faulty or we delivered them to you in error. Please return the parcel by the same/most similar method by which it was delivered to you, and ensure you have proof of postage from the Post Office.

If you have not yet received delivery of your order and wish to cancel, Bella's Boutique will offer you a full refund as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days after the date of cancellation. However if your order is already in transit, you will still have to accept delivery of the goods and return them.
